Paul joined Agilis in 2008 and has taken on increasing responsibilities, including head of product development and chief marketing officer before becoming CEO.
Prior to joining Agilis, Paul was a managing director for The Gilead Group, a private equity investment company that funds and provides strategic oversight to a portfolio of start-up companies and investments. From 1994 to 2001, Paul served as the ecommerce project lead and interactive marketing manager for Hallmark.com. He was Hallmark.com’s first employee, and helped to grow that organization to more than 120 employees.
Naeem brings more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, management, strategy, and product development. He is responsible for the overall strategy and technical direction of Agilis Systems products.
Prior to Agilis, Naeem founded two technology startups and steered them from early stages through profitable maturity. He sold his first startup, a profitable web hosting company called CyWeb, to a large regional ISP in 1996.
Brett brings over 20 years of sales experience to Agilis and has a passion for enabling sales organizations to flourish. His direct selling and sales leadership background ranges from SMB market to leading sales pursuit on global top 100 organizations. He has spent over 12 years in sales leadership, and has helped lead sales transformation efforts for four separate organizations.
Prior to joining Agilis, Brett has held various sales leadership roles at Staples Solutions Europe, YP, BizLibrary, Symmetrics Group, and CenturyLink/Savvis. His experience and expertise provides the foundation that helps him to inspire sales teams for excellence. He does that by leveraging a personal passion for predictable, repeatable and measurable sales structures, efficiency and effectiveness within a sales process, and the development of leadership and selling talent in the skills that help a higher performing team reach success.
Sherri joined Agilis in 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in financial leadership within public and private companies, including hosting and SaaS industries. Sherri has significant experience in leading accounting organizations and financial system implementations.
Prior to joining Agilis, Sherri was the director of accounting and financial systems at Save-A-Lot, where she lead a successful ERP implementation. Prior to Save-A-Lot, Sherri worked at CenturyLink, where she held a variety of leadership roles, including controller of the cloud unit, ERP system implementation leader, and accounting leader. Before CenturyLink, Sherri worked at Ernst and Young, where she was instrumental in starting the internal audit practice and performed audits of public and private companies.
Adam joined Agilis as a full-time software developer in 2009 after completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science at Washington University in St. Louis. Adam was later promoted into a team lead role, and then to director of software development. Adam was named VP of Engineering in 2016.
Adam works with the product management team on strategy and priorities for new products and software features. He was influential in the design and implementation of the essential software behind Agilis’ operational back office systems and wrote the company's first Android mobile app. Adam is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the software development/engineering team.
John joined Agilis in 2019. He brings a strong background in partnerships and channel development across a number of SaaS and enterprise software sectors. John was instrumental in building the partner eco-system at Fleetmatics.
Before Fleetmatics, he was responsible for channel sales and marketing at several brand name SaaS providers, building partner eco-systems from scratch and opening new markets. Prior to that, he ran channels, inside sales, and held marketing positions at enterprise software and hardware companies. He started his career on Wall Street as a banker for JP Morgan.
Tomarius launched the Agilis human resources department in 2014. She has been a key to the development and implementation of strategic processes, policies, procedures, and systems that have been significant in building a company that lives its mission and core values.
Before joining Agilis, Tomarius gained extensive experience in human resources and talent management functions through partnerships with organizations such as Centene Corp. and Panera.
Tom joined Agilis in 2018 and brings over 25 years of experience in CPG marketing, sales team leadership, product development, and licensing. He is responsible for planning and executing product strategy and developing product direction based on market research and consumer feedback.
Prior to joining Agilis, Tom held leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch, New Balance, and Contegix. While at Anheuser-Busch, Tom served as group manager of branded products and oversaw a product portfolio of more than $180 million.
