Challenge
A large telecommunications provider serving the northwestern United States needed a way to accurately track their drivers in real-time in order to cut down on mileage expenses and time wasted on dead truck rolls. They needed minute by minute updates on where their drivers were at all times and work order management with work order status updates. With drivers all across the region, Agilis Systems’ SmartWORKS was the only solution with the ability to provide them exactly that, straight out of the box.
Solution
The telecom paired Agilis Systems’SmartWORKSsolution including SmartDISPATCHand SmartLOCATE with the black boxes already in their trucks. They now have the ability to tie work orders to job locations using Agilis Systems’ SmartDISPATCH. Using SmartLOCATE, the company is able to track each driver minute by minute, as well as generate extremely accurate mileage and vehicle usage reports at the push of a button. Soon after first deploying in their headquarter state, the company deployed Agilis’ SmartWORKS solution across all their markets.
Results
