Appointment Notification and Confirmation
Agilis has directly integrated a customer contact module into its suite of applications, allowing companies to automatically call their customers and confirm appointments prior to rolling a truck. Customers are called based upon the route optimizer job sequence, ensuring the overall mileage and driving time are minimized and efficiency is increased. The system can be configured to allow customers to defer service to a later time, dramatically improving their flexibility by eliminating the need for a fixed appointment window.
Audible Turn-by-Turn Directions
Agilis provides your mobile worker with audible turn-by-turn navigation powered by Garmin. This powerful solution will help avoid traffic and ensure your vehicles are on the correct roads for their class. Save gas, mileage and time while increasing productivity.
Work Order Management
Mobile workers have instant access to job details on their mobile device (phone, wireless PDA, laptop, MDT), providing you with the real-time field updates you need to effectively manage your operations. Agilis enables you to capture information such as inventory used (barcode scanning), number of pieces picked up / delivered, proof of delivery or service (signature capture), etc.
Route Optimization
All work orders received by the mobile worker are automatically sequenced to minimize driving time, miles, and fuel by the Agilis route optimizer. The route optimizer recalculates the most efficient route and predicts the ETA (estimated time of arrival) of remaining stops based on location or job status updates from the field. Jobs predicted late by the route optimizer are automatically color coded for proactive resolution by dispatch. Mobile workers can also instantly request turn by turn driving directions from their mobile device (phone, PDA, laptop, MDT) without calling dispatch.
Location Management
GPS tracking can be as easy as tracking a mobile phone or as sophisticated as covertly installing a GPS black box in your mobile asset. Time Management
Mobile workers quickly and easily clock in and out remotely with the push of a button on their mobile phone, PDA, or laptop. Your employee’s clock time and location are transmitted to the Agilis server, enabling you to verify the proper location and time of each mobile worker, eliminating workers clocking in while sitting at home or driving to the job site. We also offer an automated clock in / clock out feature based upon the geographic location (geo-fence) of the mobile worker and their intended job site. We can also alert you when your assets have left their designated geographic location enabling you to quickly recover them. You can track it and recover it in minutes, not days, or maybe never.
