During the discover stage, our job is to map each of your targeted business opportunities to the technology solution that produces the maximum ROI. At the end of this phase, all stakeholders should be able to visualize the recommended conceptual solution.
Customers implementing Agilis benefit from reusable plans and tightly honed estimating models.
Agilis consults with you throughout the entire process of design, construct, and testing of your application. This may include building customized reporting, integration points, applications, or transaction capabilities.
In this stage we implement processes (or integrate into existing processes) the support mechanisms required to operate the new capability created in the Develop Stage.
