 If the customer requests functionality that is not currently provided by the Agilis Systems software, then we are happy to provide custom development. This can include such things as custom reports, custom functionality, or back office system integration that the customer cannot do on their own.
In any of these cases, Agilis’ development team will review the requirements with the customer then prepare a Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will contain a description of the functionality to be developed, an estimated development time, and a quote.
Agilis Systems utilizes a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool that allows software development to be completed usually within days, not weeks or months, thereby reducing the development time and cost for customization.
