Paul joined Agilis in 2008 and has taken on increasing responsibilities, including head of product development and chief marketing officer before becoming CEO.
Prior to joining Agilis, Paul was a managing director for The Gilead Group, a private equity investment company that funds and provides strategic oversight to a portfolio of start-up companies and investments. From 1994 to 2001, Paul served as the ecommerce project lead and interactive marketing manager for Hallmark.com. He was Hallmark.com’s first employee, and helped to grow that organization to more than 120 employees.
Naeem brings more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, management, strategy, and product development. He is responsible for the overall strategy and technical direction of Agilis Systems products.
Prior to Agilis, Naeem founded two technology startups and steered them from early stages through profitable maturity. He sold his first startup, a profitable web hosting company called CyWeb, to a large regional ISP in 1996.
Antony oversees the accounting, billing, collections, and analysis groups. Prior to joining Agilis in 2013, Antony served as senior manager of circulation planning and analysis for the Tribune Company Publishing Group. He also represented Tribune Publishing on various industry committees.
Antony began his career as a field auditor with the Audit Bureau of Circulations, where he later held a variety of management positions.
Chris joined Agilis in 2014, increasing sales tremendously and assisting in growing our CommandGPS brand. Strategic planning and execution has led his burgeoning sales team to consistently increase sales numbers and target new business segments to drive revenue.
Prior to Agilis, Chris was a cavalry scout in the United States Army. After four years of military service, he held roles at Verizon Wireless and Colonial Life.
Matt is a strategic marketer and licensed attorney with over 10 years of experience in the retail, consumer packaged goods, and emerging technology industries. He joined Agilis in 2015, and has expanded the role of data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and customer acquisition strategies.
Matt began his career assisting in the launch of tech startup Vivid Sky and built Save-A-Lot’s customer loyalty program.
Patti joined Agilis in 2017 and manages the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing operations of the company's various business units to ensure high quality, productive, and profitable outcomes for our customers. Patti specializes in executing strategic initiatives, integrating new products and services, and optimizing business operations through standardization and automation.
Prior to Agilis, Patti held leadership positions with Lumeris, Process Transformations, and Charter Communications.
Tomarius launched the Agilis human resources department in 2014. She has been a key to the development and implementation of strategic processes, policies, procedures, and systems that have been significant in building a company that lives its mission and core values.
Before joining Agilis, Tomarius gained extensive experience in human resources and talent management functions through partnerships with organizations such as Centene Corp. and Panera.
Adam joined Agilis as a full-time software developer in 2009 after completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science at Washington University in St. Louis. Adam was later promoted into a team lead role, and then to director of software development. Adam was named VP of Engineering in 2016.
Adam works with the product management team on strategy and priorities for new products and software features. He was influential in the design and implementation of the essential software behind Agilis’ operational back office systems and wrote the company's first Android mobile app. Adam is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the software development/engineering team.
Mark joined Agilis in 2017 and is responsible for leading the vision, planning, and execution of our product strategy for the SaaS platform. He is a passionate leader and provides the strategic direction for our future product development efforts.
He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in product merchandising and marketing roles in large consumer packaged goods and retail organizations. His most recent role was at Save-A-Lot where he played an integral role in redeveloping their product portfolio, which drove a period of high growth for the company.
