Inside Sales Representative

An expanding mobile workforce management software/development company in the St. Louis area is looking to expand their sales team. We offer competitive pay, medical and dental insurance plans, and general paid time off benefits.

Responsibilities:

Will sell a variety of our software products to nationwide clients who have a need for mobile workforce management solutions.
Familiar with complex selling and solution selling techniques.
Adept at hunting for new customers as well as farming current customers.
Will be able to meet performance expectations and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provide sales/marketing campaign support and lead generation for programs as appropriate.
Track all relevant sales call activity.
Time management prioritized against call campaigns, lead pipeline and lead generation goals.
Achieve and maintain a working knowledge of all Agilis's software solutions.
Communicate effectively with Major Account Reps regarding opportunities via phone, email and face to face meetings.
Provide training and support to sales partners and various sales channel representatives.

Required Skills/Experience:

Some College Required
3-5 years experience in sales and sales support
Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills in front of high level executives

Regional Account Manager

Successful candidate will be located or within commutable distance to Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA. Agilis Systems offers excellent major medical, dental, life, 401k and generous paid time off to all full time employees.

Responsibilities:
The Agilis Systems Regional Account Manager is primarily responsible for implementing the sales strategies and objectives within a large geographic territory and to work directly with indirect partners, and our strategic partners in both the carrier and device manufacturer spaces to educate them on how to sell out solutions. There will also be some additional focus on selling our solutions directly to larger National Account prospects.

Manage an account base of strategic and corporate account customers
Be responsible for negotiating corporate-level agreements with headquarters of named Fortune 500 companies.
Develop joint sales strategy and order agreements with customers.
Be responsible for customer satisfaction of corporate accounts. This will be accomplished through building long-term relationships with customers.
Be responsible for revenue growth which is accomplished through “upselling” and introducing additional service offerings
Utilize and manage relationships across the full breadth of Agilis Systems’ distribution channels, including direct, web, indirect, partners and telesales.
Minimal travel may be required to clients and Channel Partners’ business locations throughout the Region, to develop sales opportunities and close sales.
Generate sales of company systems and services in named accounts, specific industry or assigned geographic territory. Contact/visit existing and prospective customers.
Observe and participate in presenting products and services that can fill customer needs.
Demonstrate knowledge of the organization's entire product line; may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services.
Possess a successful history of net new business sales, consistent achievement of quota and revenue targets and accurately and punctually prepare sales forecasts and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills/Experience:

The candidate should possess 5 to 7 years of direct selling experience and be able to sell solutions through a consultative and strategic selling approach. This is a sales quota based position with the opportunity to manage and mentor between three and five Account Executives who will be working mid market opportunities for additional compensation incentives.

Five+ years related experience in national and/or corporate account sales
Application, software or wireless sales experience
Proven track record of sales success
Demonstrated account management
College degree preferred

Account Exective

Responsibilities:
The Agilis Systems Account Executive will introduce products and services to potential customers using a consultative sales approach with a focus on both direct selling to the end users and working with our strategic partners, resellers and solutions’ partners to manage the customer's life cycle. The ability to negotiate contracts, create and articulate value propositions, present customer applications/ solutions, and make technical presentations is required. The Agilis Account Executive reports directly to a Regional Account Manager.

Contacts prospects directly, works with Account Teams from Carriers
Device Manufacturers and other strategic partners to sell Company’s products/services within indicated territory. This is typically done through referrals from existing customers, telemarketing, cold calling, direct mail, and networking.
Actively participates in the identification and penetration of new markets.
Meets with customers to determine needs, discover technology opportunities, create solutions, qualify customers, sell and close sales.
Consistently generates monthly sales at or above quota levels assigned by Sales Director; consistently maintains high level of customer satisfaction and service.
Retains existing accounts and penetrates new accounts.
Position is outside business to business sales and requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and work independently from a home office.
Customer maintenance activities may include product training, bill reviews, trouble-shooting and answering questions.
Build and maintain network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects
Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can fill customer needs.
Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's entire product line; may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services.
Possess a successful history of net new business sales, consistent achievement of quota and revenue targets and can accurately and punctually prepare sales forecasts and weekly activity reports.
Responsible for work on smaller, localized accounts and may be partnered with a more senior sales rep having broader impact.
Other duties may include mandatory sales and related trainings; weekly staff meetings and other such gatherings.

Required Skills/Experience:

College degree
Related sales experience (preferably in wireless, data and/or enterprise software applications)
Knowledge of the organization's entire product line
Experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
Strong presentation, organization and communications skills with the ability to pay strict attention to details.
