![]() Agilis Systems Adds Two to Customer Care Department
K.C. Brawley has been hired as a Customer Care Specialist, where he provides support and training on Agilis Systems’ software and tests software build-outs with a variety of devices including air cards and cell phones. Brawley comes to Agilis Systems from the U.S. Air Force, where he spent the last four years as a Computer Systems Operator. Brawley holds an Associates degree in Information Technology from Community College of the Air Force. Kevin Ellis has also been hired as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, Ellis conducts customer training and ensures customer satisfaction at all levels of implementation and use. He comes to Agilis Systems from Verizon Wireless, where he spent 10 years in sales and customer service, most recently as an Operations Supervisor. Ellis holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southwest Missouri State University. Agilis combines key technologies such as mobile work orders, electronic forms with photo, signature, and bar code capture features, GPS tracking of mobile workers, vehicles, and assets, and dispatching to help customers boost their mobile productivity and customer service while reducing operating costs. Called Mobile Resource Management (MRM), Agilis Systems helps customers deploy field workforce operations using mobile devices like mobile phones, PDAs, black boxes, and laptops. Agilis combines GPS, mobile work orders, route optimization and automated appointment confirmations to bring customers a high level of customer service and productivity.
